DHC Capital announces new strategic partnership with SooChow CSSD Capital Markets (Asia)

DHC Capital has entered into a strategic partnership with Asian emerging markets focused investment bank, SooChow CSSD Capital Markets (Asia) Pte Ltd (“SCCM”).

SCCM is a joint venture between Soochow Securities Co., Ltd. (“Soochow Securities”) and Sunstone Capital Markets Pte Ltd (“Sunstone”). SCCM is an investment bank focused on Asian emerging growth companies covering key Asian emerging markets, including Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia.

Soochow Securities is a Chinese financial services firm founded in 1993. Soochow Securities was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011 and has over 2,500 employees. Soochow Securities provides a full range of financial services, including securities brokerage, asset management, investment banking and investment consulting services in China. The shareholders of Sunstone comprise the former team members of Religare Capital Markets who have established a successful track record in ASEAN (more than 50 transactions spanning more than 10 countries over the last 6 years).
