DHC Capital concludes restructuring support on the No Signboard Holdings Ltd (SGX: 917) scheme of arrangement
No Signboard Holdings Ltd (SGX: 917) and its subsidiaries NSB Hotpot Pte Ltd and NSB Restaurants Pte Ltd completed the Cash Distribution (as defined in the Scheme) to Scheme creditors on 22 April 2024. Accordingly, under the terms of the Scheme, the Scheme has been completed on 22 April 2024.
