DHC Capital acted as Restructuring Advisor and advised Axis Group Asia Pte Ltd on the first “pre-packaged” scheme of arrangement using the Simplified Debt Restructuring Programme (“SDRP”) under Section 72M of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018.
About the Simplified Debt Restructuring Programme
The SDRP is aimed at assisting micro and small companies (“MSCs”) restructure their debt and rehabilitating their businesses via a simpler, faster and lower cost “pre-packaged” scheme of arrangement mechanism.
DHC Capital was selected by the Ministry of Law to be on the Panel of Restructuring Advisors for the provision of case administration services for MSCs undergoing debt restructuring under the SDRP.
