We are 2 years old! It’s amazing how quickly the time has passed.

We have made big strides in the last 6 months (click here to read our 18 month update) with recent high profile restructuring engagements for both public and private companies and involvement in several “firsts” in the market.

• First successful super priority rescue financing completed in Singapore (Asiatravel.com)
• First Court supervised restructuring of a major online company under Section 211 (honestbee)
• First interim management appointment by a company that has filed for a Court supervised restructuring process under Section 211
• First recognition as an industry leader through several awards organised by Acquisition International

We have built up our credentials in restructuring and special situations and will continue to be active in the market to seek new opportunities (click here to see our engagements ). We are also building our M&A and capital raising advisory service lines and have several live transactions that we are pushing hard to complete. Stay tuned for further updates in this space.

Looking back - it has reinforced to me that being an entrepreneur is hard work. There have been many late nights tapping out PowerPoint decks and Excel models for clients. There have been many ups and downs, but I would not have it any other way and I am glad I took the leap. I have learned so much and increased my personal brand and network – all the while doing what I really enjoy with a sustainable work-life balance.
